EAP is a work-based program designed to help employees manage personal problems that might affect their job performance, health, or well-being. These programs typically offer confidential counseling services, resources, and support for a variety of issues, such as stress, mental health concerns, substance abuse, relationship problems, financial difficulties, and more.
EAPs are often provided as a benefit by employers, offering employees access to professional support, usually at no cost or with minimal fees. They can also offer services for family members in some cases. The goal of an EAP is to help employees address issues before they affect their work performance or overall well-being.
Please check with your employer to verify your EAP benefits. Once confirmed, our team will review your case and determine if we can utilize these benefits to assist you or your family.

Private pay is an excellent option for clients who either do not have insurance or prefer not to use it for therapy. Paying out of pocket ensures the highest level of privacy, as there is no reporting to your insurance company. This means there’s no risk of them requesting documentation, progress notes, treatment plans, or other records. Additionally, unlike insurance-covered services, which require a mental health diagnosis, private pay therapy does not require any diagnosis.
